Tracking:

Once the item(s) is handed to the courier service, we will update the tracking information on order within 24-48 hours and the same will be informed to the customer on their respective emails.

Courier Service:

We use some of the premium courier services to deliver orders on time. We can ship the order(s) from any of the multiple warehouses depending on the customer’s address and availability of the product.

Defective / Damaged Product:

In case, you received any defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support info@marblywholesale.com for replacement within 4 days after receiving the product.
